Try to review and renew your medications at the time of the consultation with your doctor. Many patients have their pharmacy fax us a request to renew their prescriptions. This is very convenient. However, just a caution. Make sure that your treatment gets reassessed periodically and that your underlying condition is still controlled adequately. For example, is your blood pressure at target on the current treatment? We encourage you to book a periodic consultation to review your medications. Your doctor can recommend at which frequency this is needed in your case. For example, most diabetics should be reviewed every 3 months.
